On July 31, 2012, 55% of voters chose to incorporate the city of Brookhaven. 

Brookhaven’s Economic Growth and Development Department continues to welcome U.S. and Foreign corporations as they choose Brookhaven as their new location.  Centrally located in North Atlanta with rapid transit and easy access to I-285, I-85 and GA 400, Brookhaven is the ideal ‘live, work and play’ destination.
